Reiki training is divided into three parts, first and second degrees and Master degrees part (a) and part (b).

Reiki 1 (over two days) First Degree training is self-contained, and can be used for family and friends, or developed further into a private practice.
- Introduction to background
- How Reiki works
- The specific hand movements
- Attunement to the use of Reiki energy
- Hands on practice

Reiki 2 (Approx 4 weeks) Second Degree
- Introduction to more advanced techniques, and to the specific keys which strengthen the energy
- Distant healing techniques

Reiki master (a)
- This is a master level for those wishing to stay with healing

Reiki master (b)
- This training approves the student to teach all levels of Reiki training
