At the Barons Craig Hotel we have a passion for fine food, wine and indulgence. Our guests are treated to fine wine and food, whether it is in our Terrace lounge or in our ‘Rockcliffe Restaurant’, and assisted by our skilled and knowledgeable team.

I believe in sourcing the finest of produce – which might I add is mostly local – and enhancing it naturally, with contemporary passion and finesse. Our restored 1880 kitchen is filled with all of the modern day gadgets so I am able to produce modern day style and an excellent standard of food; our menus are designed around today’s pallet and today’s philosophies on fine cuisine.

I have developed and created my style of food over the years, gaining experience with some of the best chefs in Britain, and I believe Barons Craig is a perfect show boat for this; with one of the finest views from any restaurant I’ve ever seen to some of the finest food you will ever taste. Our restaurant and bar are both open to non-residents. To make a reservation please contact us to discuss your requirements. The restaurant is available for private parties and corporate functions. The restaurant can sit a maximum of 100 guests for evening meals depending on table formations and can cater for finger buffets for up to 250 guests. Private dining is also available in our Drawing room and Gallery. The drawing room can be viewed on our photo tour.
